He was a NFL athlete who retired he opened up three gyms and he'll correct me if he opened up more but to my knowledge three gyms and he lives in the Phoenix area. Dante Moke How are you my friend?

Dontay Moch:

I am blessed. I am blessed. My man just finished him. Morning.

Dustin Steffey:

Awesome. I know you you are like me routine routine routine.

Dontay Moch:

Always on a clock. Keep going forward motion.

Dustin Steffey:

Yep. But routine is what makes us successful. That's a

Dontay Moch:

fact that is 100% fat, you got to be a creature of habit also being able to grow at the same time.

Dustin Steffey:

I agree with you on that before we dive into business. A couple of things that I've followed you on that are interested in me right now. So I see that you you're doing some form of karate or something correct. When I follow you

Dontay Moch:

Yes Sir! Brazilian Ju-Jitzu

Dustin Steffey:

awesome. Dude, how are you doing with this?

Dontay Moch:

It's great man. I'm enjoying him. And this is going into my fifth month of doing it. I've done five different competitions already just going all over just trying to get the experience and put my put my my hat in the ring to really grasp that I've I've been spectating it for a while I've always had interest in it. And finally, my my sponsored athlete over at rescue the only refuge over there Josh and his team is awesome. You know, he's going to be one of my sponsor black pro fighters for almost five years now. And he finally convinced me to go out there and try out and and after a couple of humbling experiences. I enjoyed it and I I fought for emotionally right now. So yeah, Brazilian jujitsu.

Dustin Steffey:

I know the pictures that you post on your social media, you're looking tough. I mean, you're an athlete, buddy. Once an athlete, always an athlete, it looks fun. I can't wait until I'm in the area again, because I'll go and watch and have fun with that one because it looks fun.

Dontay Moch:

It is it is it's an experienced man. It's great, great challenge. I'm doing the team, the facility. Everything's just, it's great, man. It's so good experience to start from the bottom. Well,

Dustin Steffey:

I'm excited for you. And I'm excited to see you work from the bottom all the way to the top, which is where you belong, buddy. So I'm excited. I can't wait. A couple of things. One, so you got the Brazilian jujitsu going. What about I know your kiddos are in sports too? Are you still coaching and still doing sports like that? Or is it just the jujitsu right now? Yes, sir.

Dontay Moch:

The kids actually doing jujitsu as well there. The other half that got me to to do and because I'm already taking on the practice adult classes, literally right immediately after. So I made that commitment with them to start it along with him as well. So they're loving it man, I have kids there each and every individual sports excelling and growing each way that they can. So as a spirit to happen to be able to coach and coach their teams and, and watch them grow and, and understand is something that I wasn't blessed to have. So be able to give it back to them. It's a great experience.

Dustin Steffey:

I cannot wait to read about each and every one of your kids as they start getting older and how well they excel in any of the sports that they do. It's going to be fun. I mean, I have Peyton as well. And she's starting to do track and cheer and MMA. Oh, nice. She's she's going to be tough man. And I'm excited because I didn't have that grown up right I had I had football when I started my freshman year. And that's it. So all the all the other sports like that I did they weren't where my passion was right? It was football. So it it's fun to watch her be passionate about multiple sports.

Dontay Moch:

It's fun watching your mind, mind click and get to it and then make it happen.

Dustin Steffey:

Well, and I don't know if you agree with me or not. But I feel like what sports gave me is discipline, right? And so I think it's super important for our kids, if they like sports to go through because it's another avenue of discipline to help them be successful when they're on their own.

Dontay Moch:

Yes, that's a fact too. And it teaches them responsibilities that discipline like you just said it's a great it's a great great benefit for them especially for for young female athletes to be able to not only defend themselves in the MMA class or the self defense class or karate or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu all those aspects but as a female taking those on and and learn that it's it's a great accomplishment and a strength for all of them not in men, men as well kids boys as well. But big big time. I believe that young women, preteens older women in general, should should have some type of aspect of hands on self defense.

Dustin Steffey:

I agree with you on that one, too. I think you and I grown up and especially when we were at the university we had that incident with Briana Dennis, and if you remember that, like when we were in school, and I can't help but think if she had the resources that we're arming our daughter's with right now. She probably would have made it out alive. I mean, God rest her soul. Sir. Yes, sir. So that's awesome. Dude, I'm so I'm so proud of you like the jujitsu, the Brazilian jujitsu. It's awesome. I'm proud of your kids. Your family has always been athletic. And I always hold your family in high esteem. You've always been there for me and my family. So I'm, I'm excited for that. I wanted to bring you in. Because last time we talked, we didn't really talk too much about your three gyms. And we didn't talk about like your journey there. We talked about how you got there as far as after football, but we didn't really talk about them. And so I really wanted to talk about them today because I know there's interest that's been generated from our our listeners that are curious about infernal performance. And, you know, I understand they're based in Arizona and not everybody's in Arizona, but you offer certain things that can get to other places. So I kind of want to dive in. So first and foremost, your gym is a very well run gym, it is the gym, in my opinion that you should go to when you're in the Arizona area, you built that name. Kind of how walk me through that journey, buddy. That journey

Dontay Moch:

honestly is it started when I was in high school, I started I enjoyed the weight room, I enjoy the challenging aspect of different movements. And then I also enjoy teaching other people, those movements and watching them succeed into it. So going into college. It clicked the second time when I started doing a lot of the community involvements and going into kids and having the kids go here so that clicked for me. I'm like, I don't mind coaching. I like coaching sports that I want to coach is there is it strength conditioning is it traditionals is just like what I just saw, I started just looking into a little bit more taking a couple classes here and there and do more things here. My junior year, my college, my college careers. When I got started, I actually got certified. And that was a that was a great experience of going it was just a little basic certification to get going as a trainer. And going into my pro year I nearly had clients my first year, my pro offseason, going towards Dante's Inferno.

Dustin Steffey:

So with Inferno performance so we can correct any sort of stereotypes or anything. It's a gym for everyone, not just athletes, correct.

Dontay Moch:

100% So it's health and wellness is fitness is performance. This is just a gym gym. This is just your one stop shop. So it's not just athletes Pro Training, I'm giving pro style training to your general public and, and want people that want goals. So it's anybody and everyone I have moms, dads that's never never played the sport in their life. I have grandparents that are dealing with injuries and trying to battle or just working towards longevity, because that's the ultimate goal in life is just longevity and just being able to do the things that we did or did not do with our kids that we want to do with our grandkids and so forth. And so it's for everybody. This is not just training, it's meal prep. We have a beautiful kitchen, a nice staff and we may customize macro meals PDC Mills, family style meals are just meals for on the go if you just don't feel like cooking anything. We have a full supplement supplement aspects with our own supplement brand. A big lineup allows you to get your base supplements and as well as your advanced performance if that's what you're looking for. Awesome.

Dustin Steffey:

So just to clarify for the listeners in front in front row performance is not just a gym for athletes. It is a gym for everyone and Dante does a very good job of making sure that he's giving pro style training, pro athlete style training to everyone and that's what makes it and separates it from all these other gyms is not the fact that it's a gym. But the fact that it's a gym where the people that are involved in it, provide that extra value. So it's important that Everybody understands when picking a gym, I don't pick it for the price, I pick it for what's offered. And what Dante offers is, I mean worth more than anyone can even describe because he's, again, a professional athlete that's retired, right? So he has those workouts, he has that experience. He's trained multiple people, and has seen lots of success. So for everyone listening out there, please keep in mind, especially in the Arizona area, inferno is important. I wanted to get into You talk a lot about it being a one stop shop, which is also another differentiating factor Dante, let's let's talk about that a little bit. So you don't just offer training, and you don't just offer a place for people to work out, you really offer kind of everything encompassed into the well being of your body in your, in your gym,

Dontay Moch:

sir, that is a fact. That's why we say one stop shop because you're a lot of people when they're going out to get going. It's either they're trying to start with a better nutrition or diet plan and try and start with a better supplement routine to get the vitamins in their daily intake or they're trying to try to look for that gym that gives them that that feeling that they can achieve all their goals or they're just trying to find that that trainer or that one on one coach that's going to help push them or they're just looking for that connection in that group class doesn't matter what what aspect they're looking for. We cover all

Dustin Steffey:

of those so something that really interested me and we'll get into it. The other things that you offer is you brought up supplements and I think supplements are extremely important because I don't think in a normal day, everybody really truly consumes the right amount of vitamins, minerals, and whatever you need for your body to be able to operate and kind of push to your goals. Would you agree

Dontay Moch:

100% 100% agree i Yes. Yes. It's even when you think that you're you're taking the correct amount or are you reaching in this it's not quiet because everybody is different your body might require a lot more different or individual aspects or a higher IU drive of vitamin C or iron or zinc whatever it is that you're looking for versus guy across the street or lady next door everyone is different. So you're seeking you're trying to reach something that you don't you don't quite understand until you fully start introducing it to your system

Dustin Steffey:

so then big million dollar question and I'm sure you get it a lot buddy. I'm not to blindside you but what is the biggest difference from the normal person that goes to say like Walmart GNC, any other supplement store versus them getting them through you and this is different from price this is like us talking about why would they buy from you?

Dontay Moch:

Well, one I'm not I'm not the big, big store like you said GNC, Walmart, or sprouts or anything. And to my ingredients, my ingredients and you know where it's coming, you know where it's coming from. It's an individually owned company, and, and all of our, all of our supplements are clean are great, it tastes good. The price you can't beat the price, you just can't beat the price for what you know and you can pronounce all the words in it, there's nothing hidden in ever. So it means we we have a product targeted towards everybody that's trying to get it rather it's a vegan plant based diet and organic, peer clean diet or mainstream trying to get to the point where a client that just wants the good, clean grass fed protein into their systems. We cover all three aspects so no, no matter what you're looking for, we have the answer for you.

Dustin Steffey:

So in getting all the supplements together for your company and doing everything that you could to get all those clean ingredients. Obviously a lot of research went into that with you and others with with that being said with you having all those clean ingredients and kind of the best supplements that I think money can buy. What sort of research did you put in to kind of arrive at what you offer? Well,

Dontay Moch:

throughout my my experience I was buying I was buying meal preps and supplements and and hiring different nutrition dietitian plans a consultation consultations and stuff and I realized I can start creating what I like a cleaner straight to the point product and once I started that I started outsourcing looking for those companies that already offered it but also are willing to grow with me so it was more understanding and in knowing what I want and what I want to what I want to sell and get out there to my client tell him and my people so

Dustin Steffey:

you brought up something us as athletes no but maybe the normal like non athlete when it no which is each body has a different way of how they react to vitamins and supplements. So like for you and I, you and I have been training and doing things as athletes for years and years. So we kind of know where our bodies are and what we need. But for the average person that doesn't, how do they know what supplements to buy? Obviously, we all know that a multivitamin is good, because that fills in the gaps that you don't get throughout the day. But how do you know what else to get?

Dontay Moch:

Honestly, your best your best. So even knowing what to get is, is either investing into a testing they haven't saliva, blood, all different ways, or just introducing each individual vitamin itself and knowing its benefits behind it. So if you're finding yourself looking for more energy and fight and and find yourself or get a little more tired or stressed out in the middle of day, and B 12 Is what you're looking for, are your Are you researched, or Google is your friend and you look into many other supplements, find out the benefits of of taking extra zinc, magnesium, C, B 12. All all of those aspects help help you in other ways. But without knowing it, you got to you got to kind of like do your own research. And if you don't want to do your own research, you got to kind of learn to open air or be willing to allow someone else to educate you.

Dustin Steffey:

And I'm sure many of my listeners are wondering, why are we talking about health? Why are we talking about fitness? Why are we talking about multivitamins and supplements? And the answer is it when you take care of your body, then everything else fires on all cylinders. So we talk a lot about self development, entrepreneurship, right? Well, in order to get to your goals and your dreams, your body has to function as well, too. So I think it's not only important for your body, mind and health, but it's important for you mentally to be able to function in the manner that you need to function to be able to chase success. I mean, look at you, Dante I you're running your business entrepreneur. So you own three gyms in Arizona and probably more to come if you had the choice maybe. So with that being said, what you would agree that like you have in good sound health, body in mind attribute to making good business decisions as well Correct.

Dontay Moch:

100% Because there's a lot of wood running or pursuing a dream. There's a lot of stress, mentally, physically, it wears on your body and it gets it gets you so if you're in a correct health, sanity, mental state, then you can allow that that stress to come on but yet still taking control over it if that makes any sense.

Dustin Steffey:

Oh, that makes perfect sense. I am 100% agree with you. And for our listeners, Dante has two really cool packages, which are a part of ads that you guys may have heard in past podcasts but he offers your basic supplement package right now at 100 bucks which Dante that gives what the multivitamin and a couple other things correct?

Dontay Moch:

Multi-vitamins is your daily digestion, protein and Nice recovery.

Dustin Steffey:

And then the $200 package, which is the one that I like because I think you have pretty much everything in there. There are some things that you'd have to explain to me but you offer everything in the $100 package. Plus you're adding greens, greens, a couple other things.

Dontay Moch:

Yes sir. Yes, sir. That's it. And you're not It's not only the savings you're getting but those two stacks knowing that you can't go wrong with either one of them because introducing a well balanced diet and not will not only help internally but externally you'll find yourself sleeping better and a little bit more energy, a little bit more drive it's just both packages allows you to benefit and grow.

Dustin Steffey:

Now correct me if I'm wrong, the greens are like vegetables and the reds are like fruits correct like intergrating

Dontay Moch:

100 So in summary says yes, your red restaurant get all your beats all your your cherries are it's made of all your aspects of a red dining fruits and vegetables so you're not just gonna get just your fruits and you're gonna get some vegetables as well as soon as your greens you get all completely opposite Yeah, the main main aspects of greens are your spinach broccoli and kale and etc. But you're gonna get some apple green apples in there you're gonna get some some aspects that help throw that Earth taste off of it. You know what I mean? We have three different flavors and just the green itself is strawberry and kiwi Apple Cinnamon turnover tastes just like a caramel apple pop. And we also have watermelon which is our leading selling because kids love it. Adults love it. The youth love it because it's just as tasty it gets to the point and you're getting a lot of benefits.

Dustin Steffey:

That was gonna be my next question. Are some of these supplements good for like say yours and my kiddos?

Dontay Moch:

Yes, sir. Yes, sir. During about 80% of our of our surplus or is perfectly fine for everyone to take that that's taller kids, teens, adults and all it's just pre workout that has the caffeine in it the digestive aspect because some of those students are good aren't safe for the younger kids because we don't want them to have too much caffeine are the two events in

Dustin Steffey:

all right everybody you heard it here those two stacks are awesome. Like Dante said, you can't go wrong with either one of them. I think it just depends on where you're at with your workout and training and where your goals are. I think if you're just starting out I would go with the $100 package, see how that goes and maybe integrate certain things again, these are packages I'm pretty certain Dante sells them individually as well.

Dontay Moch:

Yes, so each one has a individual cell value as well. It's just you get a bang for your buck in the package deal and are suddenly in line is that deep as deep deepest so if you're looking for flavor look for change I'm looking for going into a pill form on our powdered our drink, we have each area ready for the perfect

Dustin Steffey:

and then also Dante did bring up meal prep. Again, Dante is a one stop shop so he does offer meal prep services as well and that is that logo or you can ship out as well.

Dontay Moch:

Yeah, we ship out We do ship out as well. We ship out we ship everything we deliver with local as well as local is our main stream because that's where we know when we're now branching out all over hopefully soon our products will be on Amazon as well.

Dustin Steffey:

And how much does one typically spend on meal prep Dante

Dontay Moch:

on average for a three day meal bass for seven days you're looking at 125

Dustin Steffey:

That's actually not not bad. That's not at all. No, that competes with HelloFresh I mean, I know they use HelloFresh in peyten and I have a serving a piece for three days and we spend about 60 bucks.

Dontay Moch:

Yes sir. Yes, sir. Yes. So I allow everybody notice our food is it gets the point across you, you feel that you feel full without feeling full, if that makes any sense. It's not that bloated, feeling tired feeling you you're you're recharged, you're energized you're ready to go because it's none of the extra fluff in our in our ingredients.

Dustin Steffey:

That's amazing. And again, I trust Dante i I know him personally and I trust him as a friend and he is an athlete as well so he knows what our bodies need to be successful based off of our goals. So it's amazing one stop shop you have not only vitamins and supplements, you have meal prep, you have apparel, which I've seen the six shirts that you've been releasing and I know the apparel is amazing and good quality. You have training you have the jam of course as well. I mean what don't you have

Dontay Moch:

one stop shop baby that's what that's that's the point is don't just show up. That's all it takes is just to show up

Dustin Steffey:

so if people want to hop on make orders do certain things where should they go Dante

Dontay Moch:

all they have to go in front of that fit and they will find you'll find everything from our meals or supplements to our training our online training or free workouts or our quick clicks just about it all

Dustin Steffey:

awesome. So again, that's Inferno dot fit we will have the link in the episode description as well as on our website under Dante his profile. Dante if there's one thing that you could leave our listeners with one golden nugget in life that you've learned even to what would you leave our listeners with?

Dontay Moch:

Go and get it turn every stone and go and get it

Dustin Steffey:

I think that's your main that's your main point in general when I look at your Facebook it's definitely get after it do it get down it's

Dontay Moch:

a fact because if if they aren't someone someone else is and if someone else reach for your dreams and get it and where that leads you

Dustin Steffey:

well and that's like we say here and you know you know mine because you've heard me say it a million times it's Chase your own dreams don't chase others if you're chasing others then what are you really doing? Yeah, that's a fact. All right, my friend. I appreciate you you always add value for our podcast and now we're we're impacting lives and so that's where it's all out buddy.

Dontay Moch:

Yes sir. Goals my man goes.

Dustin Steffey:

Hashtag goals for sure goals. Let's get it. Let's get after it, buddy. Appreciate it. Thank you. Thank You
